Dr. Valeri Shevchenko, MD CHAIRMAN OF THE WAMS INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF BIOTECHNOLOGY/MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY Dr. Shevchenko is the Chairman of the WAMS International Board of Biotechnology/Medical Technology, Executive Board Member of the WAMS International Medical Research Council (IMREC), Chairman of the WAMS Ukrainian Committee, Fellow of the Academy & Member of the WAMS Executive Council (WAMS Executive Board), and Academy Professor of Medicine at WAMS. Dr. Shevchenko has a MSc degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Botany Institute of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, he is Doctor of Medicine from the Kharkov National Medical University. In 1990, together with Prof. Sjoerd Bulstr, Dr. Shevchenko initiated the Dutch - Ukrainian Program on Orthopaedic Devices and Biomaterials in Maastrict, Netherlands. Biography
Chairman of the WAMS Chinese Council, Fellow of the Academy, Member of the WAMS Executive Council, Member of the Academy Faculty. Dr. Alpha Ibrahima Balde, MD, MS, FWAMS received his medical degree from the first military medical university Chinese (Southern Medical University). With his keen interest in surgery and clinical research, Dr. Balde took part in many surgeries in the fields of laparoscopic gastric cancer, laparoscopic colorectal surgery, thyroid, hernia, and Hepatocellular biliary carcinoma with eminent professor of the Tertiary Hospital. Dr. Balde is an active researcher in the fields of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, thyroid, and liver disease. He received his post graduate degree (Master of Surgery at SMU) he published many articles as co author and also as first author in prestigious journals like Surgical Endoscopy and also in Colorectal Disease. His abstract was accepted for oral presentation in Amsterdam during the 24th international congress of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery, and also at the International Association of Health Care Professionals (IAHCP) conference in London, UK. Dr. Balde is the recipient of two awards as the best international student in the Guangdong province by the Guangzhou government for his achievements in clinical research. He is currently performing surgery with the top professors at SMU.

Biography
International speaker on Biotechnology (mRNA) and its clinical applications with "No Option" patients. Served in capacities in private and public practices, as hospital staff physician and as emergency health services coordinator for a variety of private and public institutions throughout Mexico and managed a blood bank from 2009-2012. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) certified practitioner on the aesthetic and regenerative field since 2011. Earned MD degrees at Westhill University and the National Autonomous University of Mexico as a Médico Cirujano. In addition, has diplomas in aesthetic medicine from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, as an Advance Fellow by the American Board of AntiAging and Regenerative Medicine, visiting scholar at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in dermatology. Fellow in Stem Cell Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and University of South Florida, and currently completing additional masters work in metabolic and nutrition sciences at University of South Florida and Advance Business Diploma at Einstein College of Australia.
